Completely useless car tracker

Hello,<br> <br> November 2015 i bought a new car and app**** to move the unit from the old to the new, that process was terrible and the agents were less than impressive. it took them 3 weeks to move the unit.<br> Jan 2016: they kept calling me & telling me the unit was faulty,I was then forced to go through the entire process of having to schedule for the technician to come to my house.<br> That process along was painful, but the technician came and started repairing the unit.car track kept calling me and asking me if i was working on my car because they were getting power off signal, of course they were, the tech was working on my CAR!<br> Then he signed off and told me everything was fine and the using was perfectly fine.<br> 2 hours later, the agents are calling me again telling me about the power off signal- THEY'D JUST FIXED THE THING, in the past two weeks they have called me again saying the same thing. Im tired of the bad service - honestly! How can i trust these people with my cars safety?
