Completely useless and zero care for customers

Terrible service, Just got off a call trying to get assistance and told 3 times by the receptionist that when they have high call volumes they "Cut calls off".

They are debiting my account multiple times a month for different amounts for the one product I have with them which is supposed to be R99. I have sent them proof of the payments with no response.

I keep getting messages and WhatsApp's saying I must pay even more and still they just keep debiting.

I called today to cancel this "Service" but keep getting cut off or transferred in a circle until the receptionist cuts me off again.

Makes me wonder if the vehicle gets ****** or hijacked how much more traumatic it will be dealing with Cartrack than the actual situation with the vehicle.

Completely useless and that's my honest opinion.
