Complete *******. Unauthorized debiting of account.

URGENT: UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT

Good day,

I am extremely furious and demand immediate attention to the following:

Cartrack has ********ly debited R640.09 from my bank account without any authority or mandate. This is a gross violation of the National Credit Act and the Consumer Protection Act, and constitutes unauthorized access to my funds.

Due to your actions, I have now incurred additional bank penalty charges of R130 (screenshot attached). Cartrack will be held liable for this amount in full.

I demand:

1. An urgent reversal of the R640.09,

2. A refund of the R130 bank charge,

3. This matter be escalated to senior management without delay.

I expect a written response and resolution no later than Tuesday, 22 July 2025.

Failure to resolve this issue will result in formal action via the National Credit Regulator, the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud, and any other relevant authorities. I will not tolerate such blatant disregard for legal and ethical financial conduct.
