COMPLAINT - POOR SERVICES

Makosazana from cartrack, fix my account with immediate effect. Firstly you messed up my account and now you want to mess up my Credit profile because you keep trying to debit my account and creating unnecessary fees on my account and now you want to mess up my credit profile...

I called in to cancel the service and during the call i then decided its fine,I'm discarding the cancellation i will continue with the services.. Nothing had changed and i did not start a new agreement from scratch because i don't want to be binded for another with you guys for another three years... I firstly received a text that you want to install your decide, i ignored it because i thought it must have been an error because I'm already your client for almost 4 years... Now my bank account is being messed with because you guys keep trying to debit my account for what because i have already paid you on the 30th Aug 2024, then it is WhatsApp texts from you to say i must pay a debit order for what. Listen to your recordings, I now don't want anything anything to do with you Cancel your services, I need Makosazana to fix my profile and stop messing up my credit record and profile.... Cancel your services i don't want to deal with you anymore....I will refer the matter to the Ombudsman as well should the matter not be resolved urgently. Cancel cancel cancel cancel cancel your services, i don't owe you any penalty fees nothing because i had the services for 4 yrs now cancel the damn thing....
