Complaint - Cartrack

Good day,

We have sincere problems with Cartrack, as whole, they never reply on our e-mail queries, as we wish to cancel our contract with them, ASAP, due to our sincere difficult financial circumstances, we are SASSA Pensioners, and can hardly cope, and same was advised to them, per e-mail, twice, recently !!!
