Complaint--Car Track

Spoke to a very rude consultant named Sonia Makua, who refused to assist me regarding a debit order dispute, I then asked for a supervisor's name, Precious Kubeka who then said she is busy and will call me back. I am not happy with service, I wish I could cancel this subscription because form the beginning they gave me incorrect information, now they are debiting my account at the wrong date. I am very unhappy with this service
