Complaint against this company. My vehicle was towed at Francis Baard know as Schoeman street, Pretoria by Traffic cops. The issue is Cartrack team did not call to inform the vehicle is moving without the ignition being on. So clearly I'm donating my hard earned cash to this company. I'm very disappointed with this company, I don't even trust them anymore. This means my vehicles can vanish into thin air without them informing me. I'm canceling my contract with Cartrack, I can't continue like this. Last time I asked for a footage of a camera installed in my vehicle on the same day of incident and you Cartrack failed to give me, instead you changed the Camera in the vehicle. Your service is pathetic and frustrating Cartrack
