Complaint

Good day My experience with them has been horrific I have had a Dotsure insurance which I canceled in August, netstar was there service provider, they now forcing the contract on to me. I eventually requested a cancellation letter but I have requested to pay a amount monthly to settle the cancellation fee, they have been ignoring mails and falsely debiting me which inconvenience me as I needed to reverse with bank. Still to date they giving me the run around and sorted the query. This is terrible service.
