Complaint

<p>In Feb 2017 car track double debited my account and when I called Jimmy and Kim promised to follow up then call and email me back but to date my issue hasn't been resolved and guess what this month they debited my account again. So I would like to know what gives you the right to disrespect me like this?</p>
