I've experienced a bad experience ever after I app**** for the tracking device and be told that it comes with the app but to my surprise after they've fitted when I downloaded it, it always shows that there no active car yet they have deducted my money. After several fruitless calls I made I went to their branch in rustenburg where they threatened me that when I canceled it I must pay R2000 for the cancelation fee yet they are the ones who sold me a lie.
