Complain of Dashcam

Good day I hope this review will assist many customers who want to choose CARTRACK, I'm a cartrack member for 11 months, I installed dashcam for my vehicle few months ago but the issue is that when I try to have access to my dashcam I don't get footages that I request, when try to report this matter they keep promising to call back after they resolve the issue but no call I get from them is been 4 months now but I keep calling they don't provide with valid reasons for not receiving the requested footages instead they promise to callback and this real show if I can have a serious problem they won't deliver and I'm paying for nothing on the dashcam.
