On the 18.08.2026 spoke to a consultant asking about why am I being charged R59 extras from my monthly premium, asked for the clause about such he said they will get it for me .Today Karabo Moloi called with same matter couldn't answer me about the clause instead he promised they will waive 2xR59 after received a debi check with those R59 with no clause provided Iam taken for a ride..If I dont get any response within 14working days will refer matter to ombudsman
