Complain

As I am writing this review, I have never been so harassed in my life , for past 2 weeks on a daily bases I get 6 calls on averaged explaining the same thing over and over again, whether be it 7am to 19 pm , it does not matter to this organization. Is it normal to be harassed even if an arrangement is in place, can some please advise, How do I deal with extremely poor service, that only worked for 3 days since April 2023, the level of unprofessionalism for the lack on a better word. I am sick and tired, please can someone help me.???
