Complain

I had the worst day of my life, I had to deal with my car tracker that I've been having since February, my car got ****** therefore got recovered by them, but instead the told me from recovery section by Andre that they can do anything with the car till I get case number. While the guy who recovered my car kgotso told me I shouldnt open the case I should just come fetch my car, which was 3 hours from me. To my disappointment the let the guy who took my car leave with my car while I struggled to get case number. I dont advice anyone to join this car tracker they will take a word of a stranger over yours.
