Complain

I had or I still have account with car tracker I am not sure, this year end July I check my statement, i notice they haven't debited me for a while I call my bank they confirm its been a year without cartracker debuting my account and i call to find out I haven't received a clear.anseear.of what happen. I revived calls from different agents with no clear answers, again I received a call from a guy by the name od Sibusiso from lawyer said cartracker they've hand me in. I told him that i am still waiting for a manager to call me back till date. Story short I received an email from thabang saying thèy are going to debit my account believed me they debited R1000 rand from my account for what I dont know car tracker.
