Complain

They came to put in the trackers in our bike and car, they messed up the tracker with the bike they didn't tie it properly, also the bike starting cutting out and so due to the tracker not being installed properly.With the car we asked for the video footage because I required it due to and accident, it took them about a month for them to give us the footage also when the second person came to install another camera in my car the bended my roof lining.They said they cannot fix it but they do have a place we should take the car to to get a quote so the Monday we took the car there waited months for quote still we haven't received the quote. They keep phoning for payment so my husband sad he won't pay due to them not fixing the problems. They must come take our their trackers and cameras.
