Company is *********** and need training how to speak to customers

People this is a perfect company to go with from the day I decided to go with cartracker that was the worst decision Iever made wat waste of time and money you have to keep on phoning them to sent you the policy they can not spell correctly you have to s**** feed them they keep on getting your address and banking details wrong if you phone in to the account department the lady Winny that I spoke to is *********** and inpatient you busy speaking to her on the phone half way with the conversation she drops the phone in your ear. I would not recommend this company
