Compaint

I have my car written off last year August and phoned then went to east London site to explain and wanted them to install the tracker on the new car they gave me a run around until i stopped because I was tired, this month i reversed my debit order now they sending me emails, why they cannot install the tracker on the new car as i am still paying for tracker, I am very disappointed as i have never missed my debit oders
