Close down that useless company of yours

I’ve been asking for my account to be updated for almost a month now!!! Each time I call in I get promised that the account will be updated but it doesn’t get updated. The WhatsApp line is equally useless !! I have an emergency and can’t get help because my account has not been updated . Another debit order went off two days ago yet I’m still being told that my account is in arrears! What a uelsss company you are ! Bunch of losers. I can’t even cancel the contract because it’s automatic for three years which they don’t even tell you about during the sales process. All they care about is money.
