CLEARLY NOT VALUED
Good Day
I had a car track unit installed in my vehicle last year november while driving in december the unit fell out from where it was placed I have contacted car track numerous times to send out a technician however to date nothing has been done. I have now stopped my debit order for this company as they clearly do not value me as a client. 8 months later and still nothing has been done.

Still no feedback on this matter I now received a message to say car track wants to black list me for not paying for a service that I am not receiving
I would like for car track to cancel this contract as clearly there is not way to resolve this matter as i will not be paying for a service that I am not receiving!
