Claims that I don’t know off,total *******

It is very sad that I took a subscription of cartrack in 2020 March and cancelled that contract with Cartrack in July when I was retrenched due to COVID .ever since 2020 I have never recieved a call or an email to say I owe you guys .The car in question that was covered was involved in an accident 2 years ago ,but last week I received an email sayin g I owe cartrack R11 476.82 ,I need clarity as to we’re that amount is coming from,which vehicle have you been monitoring and if I was real owing you why were you not saying anything till 4 years later.kindly clear my name off your system .I don’t like all these threatening emails you are sending,Were is the data that says you are watching over my car,that same data could have told you that the car has been off the road for 2 years
