Claim Declined.
I'm so dissapointed, I called them when I was Hijacked them they called me to tell they've founf the tracking divice but not my car. Called them for update was told that still on the look out, But apparently my claim is Declined. Car not found that sending clause now which they never discussed, the service I got is just bad. It was okay when I was paying but now I'm on my own.

10 Dec 2020, 11:57CHANTALL HAS SEND ME EMAIL TELLING ABOUT CLAUSE, THEN I REQUESTED VOICE OVERS OF THE TELEPHONIC CONTRACT UNFORTUNATELY NO CLAUSE WAS READ TO ME, EVEN STILL AFTER GETTING YOUR DEVICE WHY WAS I NOT SEND CLAIM FORM I MEAN I'M YOUR CLIENT I'VE NEVER BEEN HIJACKED BEFORE AND WHEN I MADE FOLLOW UP CALLS I WAS JUST TOLD THAT THEY'RE STILL ON THE LOOK OUT BUT I WAS NEVER TOLD TO CLAIM, I ONLY GOT THAT INFORMATION AT THE CAR DEALERSHIP THEN I CALLED TRACKER ONLY TO BE TOLD I CAN'T CLAIM IT'S INVALID BECAUSE I TOOK MORE THAN 30 DAYS. THAT'S BRUTALITY AT ITS BEST!
