Christopher was excellent to deal with but the lady I have spoken to before him, I can only rate a 0 as she was yawning while I have dealt with her, she did not even updated the info I was giving her
Christopher was excellent to deal with but the lady I have spoken to before him, I can only rate a 0 as she was yawning while I have dealt with her, she did not even updated the info I was giving her. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE. Luckily you have got a Chris at customer care, he deserves a increase!!!!
