checking of the functioning of their device

on the 27 September I was ****** and they wanted to take the car, but they failed. The ********* smashed the windows of my car and I don't know the rest after that. I did notify car track about the incident but no response. I than phone them after I have came out of hospital so that they can check the tracking system if it is working. They kept me on the phone until they cut it off, after few days my battery was dead but no communication form them to show that they lost connection or signal of my car. I sm starting to be confused because they promised to check the car but nothing until today. Where's I m paying monthly installments
