Charged without a device installed! Waiting for a month for Installation scheduled 4 times and no show!

Please can someone assist me as Im not getting anywhere with Cartrack scheduling !

Still no contact from the Tebogo who called me to say that the technician will attend today 05/04/25 and theres been no confirmation yet! I have been charged a premium for the month yet have no device on my vehicle! This is absolutely not fair to the consumer !

Its been a month since Ive requested the installation and have been pushed all over. I will never recommend Cartrack to anyone!

Your technicians have no work ethic at all. They don't call to cancel or reschedule. Yesterday they didn’t even answer calls from the scheduling department.

I would love nothing more to cancel this contract but your penalty for cancellation is R8000 even though I don't have the actual device installed! Absolutely appalled at Cartrack and will be reporting this matter to the ombudsman although its seems futile since you don't even want to help!
