Change car registration

I have tried multiple times to change my car registration number without success for over two years. Each time I contacted Cartrack, the representative assured me they would handle it, but upon checking, it was never done. Yesterday, I was fortunate to have Thando Moyo assist me at the support desk. To my delight, she completed the task in less than five minutes. How is it possible that she could accomplish this while others could not? Please ensure your staff follow up on instructions and do not leave tasks incomplete because they do not know how to do them.
