'CEOescalations' also useless
After several unresolved mails, I tried the "CEO complaints" , who eventually send someone to resolve my problems. 2 weeks later and nothing has been done!!! One of my vehicles "could not be recovered" after a hijacking - I wonder what the next explanation will be!
