CATRACT ISN'T AN OPTION!!!!

I've been a client with Cartrack for nearly two years now. At first it all went well but then all of a sudden it all changed. I enlisted for a basic option which only costs me R 120 bucks per month which is great but I am unable to enjoy the full potential of the products and services that Cartrack has to offer. I've made enless phone calls to the contact centre to have my panic button fixed in my vehicle. What is the use in having these "wonderful" products when they DON'T WORK AT ALL. I AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED IN THE AFTER SALE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED THUS FAR FROM CARTRACT. I will be leaving this company at the end of my contract period...
