Catrack's reputation saved by good people

I had to switch suppliers from Mixtelematics (they did not care). Shuan from Sales at Cartrack was good and I became hopeful. The scheduling of the installation was poor, not even one star. Cartrack kept on trying to upsell me instead of getting the installation done. In the end I had to stay at home for two days to accommodate the installation.

Once Lindsay van Rooi understood that I just want the installation done she saved a customer for Cartrack. She deserves a medal for bravery. When she phoned me to apologise for the bad scheduling I was mad. She stayed calm and kept all her promises. Mary who did the installation was wonderful too. If it was not for Lindsay and Mary, I would have cancelled the installation.
