Catrack terrible service..#4 days waiting for technician

Been waiting for a technician to come attend to a faulty tracker unit for 4 days now and my car wont start..might as cancel the whole tracker nonsense.. terrible service #4 days

Cartrack repairs d scheduling departments are the worst. Been waiting for the a technician to arrive # 4 days later. Can your come and remove your tracker unit i don't think its worth the trouble.
