Catrack has NO SERVICE

I sold my old vehicle and bought a new one.

I advised Cartrack and they said they will co.e back to me. After a few days I called again. We scheduled a day to fit a device in the new car.

An hour before fitment I was called. I greated heard the gentleman talk to other people and called was ended from their side. I called back no answer. Calling the customer care to hear they canceled my firment due to could not get hold of me.

Since then I have continually tried getti g a response.

Today Hope assisted me and **** sayi g a teamleader will assisit. This gentleman kept me on hold for 9 min call was ended.

I now hold Cartrack responsible for any loss I may have if the vehicle is ****** or damaged.
