Catrack

My car was ****** Friday night. I called cartrack around 9am Saturday morning and told them about the situation. I was assisted by a guy called Stanley. He called me during the day maybe 5 times saying the same thing over and over that they are searching and have not found my car (tracking company by the way). His last call was late afternoon to say they have tried and the manager will call me in 72 hours to give me an update. All along he kept asking me to report the matter so that the police can assist. I feel l was not helped at all and l am left wondering how on earth do they call themselves a tracking company and yet one gets a pathetic sorry we are still looking. Up to now l am wondering what state is my car in since Stanley has nicely said l will get a call in 72 hours. Pathetic company
