Catrack

Good day I would like to right a review of catrack .

I signed up with cartrack vehicle tracking services in February 2023 .my car got ****** on the 5th of May 2024 this year .I then reported my car ****** by cartrack and they then told me they going to send out a fleet service immediately to start tracking my vehicle..cartrack then called me 3times on the 5th and the 6th once the morning ever since then they never made any contact with me regarding the vehicle... Given whom I spoke to and referred me to the police station said that I need to open a case for ****** vehicle said he'll contact me the next day for the case number which I did go and do it's 3months later cartrack haven't requested my case up until now.. The car is ****** months now I phone catrack about two weeks ago to ask what is the latest new on the vehicle and they Said they still searching . I then asked Jermaine whom assisted me how do I do the claim and he said I should email the warranty department which I did they then sent me an email back which said I don't Qualify for the warranty claim cause my account wasn't paid and my tracker wasn't updated .when I requested statements from my bank it shows on my bank statement all my payments went of and that I'm not in arrears. I would like to ask what further steps can I take with cartrack and where do I go with them. I would also like to inform everyone that they must never sign up with cartrack cause their company is registered and legit but they are ****mers ...they ****ming the people .
