Catrack

Catrack is the worst company to be with. I made an arrangement with them to deduct R250 from my account and they deducted R850, I approved a Debi - check of the agreed amount but they felt it fitting to just take the R850 and their agent Mbali, supervisor Palesa and Manager Donald refused to escelate to their finance desk that could correct this. Instead Donald read Terms and Conditions to me that advised me that they can just take any amount at their discretion, what fine print that completely goes against TFC. Why not call a client if a debit order was missed but instead they track my account cause they feel they can do what they want with my personal information.

This is why I canecelled with them cause they chase money instead of customer care.
