Carwatch service from cartrack is herandous

The car watch service is useless and annoying because it doesn't work it's now 2 days trying to activate it but it's not working. Iam paying for a service that I'm not getting from cartrack. I've been sent from pillar to post by your call centre agents to no avail. One of them is Thandi she cannot assist me busy telling me that there is only 1 person working, why are you not hiring enough staff to assist your clients when the need arises I'm really disappointed by your herandous service it's pathetic car track. I want that subscription removed I cannot pay you for bad service.Nxa
