Carwatch not working and getting the worst service

Cartrack service is the worst. I'm always experiencing issues with it. I'm trying to switch on carwatch but it tells me that my ignition is on. It's always doing that. I'm always complaining about it but they do nothing. Today I spoke to 13 different people asking for assistance and they always transfered me to different departments. I control room says it's fleet, fleet says its sales, sales say its client services. Your employees don't know where to transfer me for service.
