CARTTRACK- TERRIBLE SERVICE

The service is pathetic, they installed a camera in my vehicle, which does not work, logged a call yesterday, till now no one has bothered to call me, i called now and the woman that answered instead of logging my call expects me to go put the ignition on, what nonsense is this, if you call from the land line the call centre agents can never hear you, these guys never return calls, its terrible service from these guys?????
