Cartrtack the most *********** company.

This is the most useless company I ever dealt with. I had a tracking unit installed,it has been weeks now, I cannot get them to capture my invoice detail. I cannot get the letter for the insurance. I tried contacting them via email, this is even more useless. When they call me, they first want me to disclose my deepest personal information, from a number flagged as spam. You don''t call me and ask for my personal information before we even started. I can only imagine how they wont be able to even try to recover your vehicle. Tge problem with call centre's is nobody takes repsonsibility.If you wish to speak to a manager, good luck, apparently they dont have phone lines.Really, in 2026? If I can warn you, stay away from this pathetic company.
