CARTREK

Good day all, I see there a numerious bad reviews about Cartrek well I am just another one to add to this list. Cartrek is the worst company to deal with - I had 2 cars with them and on May 21st I had a near fatal accident in which I rolled my car. Monday 23/5/2022 i called Cartrek and advised my car was towed and it seems it is a write off due to excessive damage. I told them where the vehicle was towed to and I asked if they can assist me with freezing my accounts just for the end of June, A lady politely told me that she does not care what happened to me even if I had died in the accident the debit order would go off, Oh wow how nice is that from a company - I have cancelled my cartrack 34 times via calls and emails to the complaints line on the internet I even got hold of an email address *** and still no luck - Then they call me between 5 / 10 times a day, I keep telling them that I need a unit removed and i have cancelled my contract - They still have not removed the unit and keep that debit order active, I have know gone as far as PASA - PAYMENTS ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH AFRICE - I hope they can help - Cartrek is the worst most uncaring company I have ever dealt with - Please may someone advise how I can handle this - as Cartrek does not care and will debit any account to satisfy themselves.
