26/08/23 my vehicle was ******, I reported to cartrack. Vehicle was never recovered, no communication whatsoever from Cartrack. I then canceled my subscription with them. A year later 23/08/24 I get this debit order notification that Cartrack debited their monthly fee. 26/08/24 I phone and query about this debited amount, they say I never canceled. I ask what am I paying for, where is my vehicle, can you please help me locate it? No answer from them instead they are sending me from pillar to post just for a mere cancelation 🤬
