We are not paying the same amount but we are getting the same services, some are paying 126 I pay 235.40 but we are getting the same service. I have not claim since 2018. My battery is supposed to be renewed every year but I did they never did. I was affected by the lockdown when I call to cancell they are telling me that I need to pay 1600, I asked for the contract that I signed which I have never received a copy they said they will email it to me and they never did. I asked for a payment holiday they told me that I recieve UIF therefore I can afford to pay. Their call center stuff is very rude . I am unhappy about their services.
