Cartract just debits when they feel like it without consent
I have never had a problem with Cartrack now my debit order. My salary date is the 25th of each month but now they just changed their debit order dates and tried to debit on the 23th, I phoned them to find out who is going to pay for the return debit order fee and they just said "um sorry we always debit before" WHAT IS THE USE OF A DEBIT ORDER DATE THEN!!!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
