Today I received the worst service ever, was trying to track my truck that's going to DRC and haven't been able to do so for past 3 days, called in and was transferred 7 times to get help and the end never got any,the attitude of the consultants was rotten and I don't know why the voice recording talks about excellent service because the staff has no clue on protecting your consignment, please retrain or change your people ***
