Cartrack's service so poor

Cartrack's service is verrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Bad, I have called them to add my car to my account that is already active, firstly they told me my account was owing, but how as I have been paying monthly?? cool, that was sorted and now I wait for the fitment of the tracker and no one is calling and my car is at risk of being ****** without a track and the insurance might refuse to pay.
