Cartrack's recovery warranty is a scheme

it was a good company until my car was stollen and when i claimed the recovery warranty i was told my contract has expired and i claimed after 30 days that time i was told by them to stop calling they will call me when they have something.

so, my people don't think you will get that warranty money if your car gets stollen they have so many loopholes on their T&Cs to make sure they don't pay. I'm writing this in a Taxi.
