Cartrack's R150,000 Limited Warranty Cover is misleading
Hi Folks,I have been on a 2 year contract with cartrack. Last week I got hijacked on while on a bolt trip and cartrack had refused to proceed to with my recovery warranty. Their reason is I never contacted them quarterly for a test of the unit. I am very disappointed with the decision taken by cartract. The activation or case report sent to me by cartrack indicates that the tracking device was in good working order so why then does cartrack use their indemnity clause against me in order to avoid an eventual payout. What is the point of faithfully paying premiums and then in the event of a hijacking incidence try to avoid their rightful obligations to me. Pls kindly get Cartrack to assist me because my hijacked vehicle was my only source of income to provide for my family. Kindly intervene on my behalf because I have been terribly treated and don't know how I am going to fend for my family and pay my bond without being able to purchase another vehicle. Kwaku
