Cartrack's poor service.

I signed a contract with this vehicle tracking device company few years ago. After they installed their device in my car, the battery consumption was very bad which forced me to buy a new battery every despite the good quality of the batteries. I reported the matter while the unit was still under warranty and they never bothered to investigate. 2 years later, I decided to stop paying my subscription fee and that's when they started treating with attorneys. Now they want me to pay the callout fee which was not going to be the case when the unit was still under the warranty. I refused to agree to this until they continue to threaten me with blacklisting and attorneys. This company is bad and their consultants are very unprofessional.
