Cartrack's incompetence including their agents

On the 3rd of this month,October I took my car to install Cartrack's unit. Upon completion, I had to return back to their shop because my speedometer wasn't working and a couple more issues including my petrol gage that is now giving me problems, supervisor told me to go back on Saturday morning as he was apparently unavailable. I went back the next morning and he took the car inside and was told to wait for 2 hours. When I went back to him,he told me that there's nothing the tracking unit has affected when all of my issues begun once they were finished with their installation.

That was only the beginning of my problems with them. I had to endure a "missed payment" in my credit score report because their sorry that they didn't mention certain figures that will be deducted from my account and on of their agents to me to just stomach the damage to my credit,in her words," accept the apology and carry on with life".

Im very disappointed with this company, I have proof of all of these things including me running out of fuel yet the gage shows the car has fuel. If possible I'd like to upload videos of everything mentioned.

Here's a list of the agents that "assisted me" 1. Nosipho Shelembe 2. Ntlosokuhle Ntombela 3. Innocentia ( The surname isn't clear) - this is the one that told me to stomach my credit score damage.

Now,as things stand,I was told to go find an Auto Electrician that I WILL PAY FOR out of my own pocket for problems they caused.

Please,I can't even travel in my car now because I run out of fuel whilst its showing it has. Also, I'd like to upload videos for you that the supervisor saw (1). The other occurred last week and he hasn't seen it and please listen to all of the calls I made on the morning of the 7th or 8th. Thank you
