Cartrack's descerning business practice

Good day

When I first read about Cartrack, it was an add posted on Facebook indicating that you install a tracking device for a low premium of R99. This was in July 2017.

When the sales agent contacted me, I was fed a **** n bull story and advised my premium would be just over R200 per month.

My account was debited R265.21 this month. All for a divice I couldn't even track on an app. If that wasn't enough, a close friend of mine confirmed he was paying R99 per month to date and was able to track his vehicles at any time on the app.

Now I'm being told I can't cancel the contract till June 2020
