Cartrack's communication is a disaster.

I have a Cartrack tracking device in my car. About 6 weeks ago I had a call from them offering me a tracking device upgrade due (if I recall) to increased incidents of remote jamming, and if I accepted they would make an appointment for a technician to come to my residence and fit it. At an extra cost, of course. I declined because I cannot afford it.

Since then, I have had about six calls from them wanting to make an appointment for a technician to fit the new device. Every time I tell them I never wanted an upgrade, each time with greater frustration. I've asked the last about three Cartrack callers to TELL SOMEOME HIGHER UP I DO NOT WANT ONE. It has not helped. I'm on the verge of becomming abusive.

Cartrack - what does it take to get the message across?? Your PR Department needs to give your operators some serious training. Not only in LISTENING to the client, but also DOING something about any complaint. AND on how to interact with the public, and especially with someone they do not know. When some stranger phones and the first words are "Hello, how are you?", I want to throw the phone out of the window. "How I am" depends on who I am speaking with. The first thing they should do is IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AND THEIR COMPANY!!! They are there to do business, not to enquire or discuss my well-being!

Lastly, Cartrack's should employ people who's accent is easy for the average person to understand, and they should be trained to speak more slowly and more clearly, not sounding as if they are reading from a script at machine-gun pace!
